WoodZone has strived to serve the woodworking community. Our
collection of free articles,
tips, and
other resources are designed to help the beginner get started and
the intermediate woodworker enhance his or her skills. We support
this broad information collection with tons of woodworking plans,
tools, books, supplies, and accessories in our online store. If
you're in the Columbia, South Carolina area, please stop by our
fully-stocked woodworking retail store. Our store offers a broader
selection of tools, exotic woods, finishes, woodworking classes and supplies as well
as special sales. We're a privately owned and family operated business that prides

At WoodZone we
try to keep our shipping rates low. For that reason we offer
flat-rate-shipping. That means you can order as many items as you
want and pay the same low shipping rate!

Flat Rate
Shipping
- We charge a single flat rate for shipping no matter how many
(or heavy) the items you order. This works to your advantage and
allows you to add more items to your order without additional
shipping costs. Some items may require additional shipping (such as large power tools), this will be noted on the item.

Methods
- We generally ship with the US Postal service. Some
packages may require shipping by UPS or FedEx due to their size or
contents. Plans and Patterns are generally shipped via US First class mail (unless you select Priority Mail).
Order Tracking Numbers - Tracking numbers (if available) are updated online with your order information. Simply log into the
order status section of our website.
Order
Processing and Shipping
- We strive to process and ship most orders the same day! The time an order is placed, processed, as well as USPS, UPS, and FedEx pickup schedules may determine if an order can ship out the same day. We process and fill orders five
days a week. Orders are shipped six days a week Monday through
Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday are shipped out on Monday.
Orders placed during postal and national holidays generally ship
the next business day.

Log into our order status page and you can view shipping status info, tracking details (if available), and order details.
Please note: In order to login you need to have chosen to create an account when you placed your order.
Option #2 - Send us an e-mail (to
orders@woodzone.com ) with your order number and name and we will lookup your order info and e-mail you back.
Option #3 - You can contact us at 1-803-791-3823 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Please have your order number available so we can best assist you.
Please contact us by e-mail first if possible as we monitor our messages outside normal business hours and can respond to your inquiry faster.
We designed
our online store to help simplify the ordering process and
duplicate the steps you would take in a normal "brick and
mortar" store.
Step 1: Find a Product - Browse or search the
categories of our online store until you find a product you like.
Step 2: Put it In Your Basket - Just like a normal
store simply click "add to basket" to add the item to
your shopping list. You can continue shopping and add more items
to your basket.
Step 3: Review Your Basket - Click on "Basket
Contents" and review the items you have selected. You can
change quantities and remove items from this screen.
Step 4: Checkout - Once you are satisfied with the
contents of your basket, click on the "Checkout button".
Our checkout process will walk you through the four simple steps
to completing the order.
Our
Woodworking storefront is housed on a special e-commerce server
designed for secured order processing. Any part of the order
process that involves the exchange of personal information is
conducted through the secured server. This means that the
information being sent to and from your computer is encrypted. In
addition to this level of protection, all credit card numbers are
deleted off the server after a short period of time. All of this is done to ensure your
information is more secure than when you use your credit card in a
retail store.

feel comfortable ordering over the internet you can place your

We respect
your right to privacy and hold all information in the strictest
confidence. Your phone number and e-mail address are only
collected so we may contact you concerning your order. We will
never sell, rent, or share this information. From
time to time we send our customers emails, literature and catalogs
relating to woodworking.
Should you wish to be excluded from these mailings please let us
know.
We want you to
be happy with every purchase you make at WoodZone.com. If you are
not satisfied with your order for any reason, please return
the merchandise to us within 60 days. (Please Note: Special orders, custom work, and bulk hardware shipment may not be returnable and/or subject to a restocking fee.) We will promptly refund the
purchase price of the merchandise less the original shipping
charge.
You
may send returns back to us at the address listed below. Please
include a short note with the reason for the refund along with
your name, order number (if you have it), and contact information.
