Stop Paint Can Splattering

A Quick Tip to Stop Paint Can Splattering

Have you ever had paint that's trapped in the rim of a can splatter as you tap the lid back in place? There's a simple solution to your problem.

Just use a common nail to tap a couple of small holes into the rim of the can. These holes allow extra paint that's trapped in the rim to drip out. Also, because the holes are in the bottom of the rim they don't interfere with the sealing of the lid.
